1Member Eligibility

88clb services are open only to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility requirements. Registration and use of the platform by any party who does not meet these requirements is strictly prohibited and may result in account closure and forfeiture of any remaining balance.

• You must be 18 years and above on the date of registration. 88clb maintains a strict zero-tolerance policy toward underage gambling.
• You are not located in a country or region where use of this platform is prohibited by local law.
• You are registering in a personal capacity — not on behalf of another person or business entity.
• You have not previously had an account closed by 88clb due to fraud, bonus abuse, or violation of terms.
• You register and play using accurate, complete, and up-to-date personal information.

2Account Registration

Each member is only permitted to hold one (1) account only at 88clb. Holding more than one account — whether under the same name, phone number, email address, bank account number, or device — is strictly prohibited and will result in the closure of all associated accounts.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate information including your full name, phone number, email address, and bank account details for withdrawal purposes. All information will be verified through the KYC (Know Your Customer) process before your first withdrawal is approved.

• Registered name must match must match the name on the bank account used for withdrawals.
• Identity verification (KYC) may be required at any time — especially before large withdrawals are processed.
• 88clb reserves the right to request supporting documents such as a national ID, bank statement, or proof of address at any time.
• Accounts that are not verified within the specified period may be temporarily suspended until verification is complete.

3Deposit & Withdrawal

88clb supports a wide range of payment methods popular among Malaysian users, including FPX, Touch 'n Go eWallet, GrabPay, Boost, and direct bank transfer. All transactions are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) and protected by 256-bit SSL encryption.

In the event of a technical error, system disruption, or invalid game result caused by a software bug, 88clb reserves the right to void the affected round and return the wager to the member's account balance. Winnings generated from technical errors will not be paid out.

8Account Termination

Members may close their account at any time by contacting customer support. Prior to closure, all unfulfilled bonus requirements will be voided and any eligible cash balance will be processed for withdrawal once the review is complete.

88clb also reserves the right to suspend or close any member's account without prior notice in the following situations:

• Violation of any part of these Terms and Conditions.
• Detection of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or bonus abuse.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the specified period.

• Disruptive or threatening behavior toward staff or other members.

9Limitation of Liability

88clb provides its platform "as is" and makes no guarantee that the service will always be available, error-free, or meet all your requirements. To the extent permitted by applicable law:

• 88clb is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from use of the platform.
• 88clb's total liability to any member under any circumstances shall not exceed the net deposit amount made by that member in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
• 88clb is not liable for failures resulting from circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including internet disruptions, natural disasters, power outages, or government actions.

10Terms Amendment
